Questions
What photos should I upload?
6-15 recent photos of only you, with your face clearly visible: a few close-ups, a couple from the chest up, in different rooms and light. No sunglasses, hats or heavy filters. We check every photo for free before you pay and tell you if one won't work.
How long does it take?
Usually about 15 minutes after you pay. We email you when your headshots are ready.
Can I use them on LinkedIn, my company site or a CV?
Yes. You may use your headshots for personal and work purposes, including your company's website and press.
I wear glasses or a head covering.
Tell us in the order form. We keep your glasses (or take them off, or do some of each), and we keep your head covering as it is in your photos.
Will they look like me?
That's the whole point. We compare every headshot with your selfies and only keep the ones that match. If they still don't look like you, tap "These don't look like me" for a free new set, and if that misses too, we refund you in full.
What happens to my selfies?
We use them only to make your headshots. They're deleted 7 days after you upload them, or straight away when you tap "Delete my photos" on your order page. We never train AI on them, never show them to anyone and never sell them. Your headshots are deleted after 30 days, so download the ones you like.
Can I get more later?
Yes. Add 40 more in new looks for $12 from your order page, while we still have your selfies (7 days).
